HOLZPLANER24 is business software for firewood, wood-chip, energy-wood, forestry and contracting businesses. The software is currently available in Germany, Austria, France, Poland and the Czech Republic. Orders, customers, inventory, production, deliveries, jobs and invoices stay together in one place. The public dealer finder is currently limited to Germany.
HOLZPLANER24 is not yet open for public registration. We are deliberately onboarding only a small number of firewood businesses so we can test real workflows, implement feedback directly and prepare the platform properly for the full launch.

DWD forecast for day-to-day operations: temperature, rain, humidity, wind, drying index, delivery risk notices and official weather warnings.
Forestry jobs with compartment/area, client, tree species, area, planned and actual solid cubic metres, skidding and direct transfer of recorded quantities into further processing.
Service jobs with saved or freely entered services, custom descriptions and flexible quantities, units, prices and tax rates. Multiple service items can be combined within one job.
Manage employees, assign working time to jobs and store separate internal hourly costs and customer billing rates. Internal labour costs remain clearly separated from customer prices.
Recorded working time can be transferred from a time entry or job into an invoice item. Hours, selling price, VAT and description remain editable, while internal cost rates never appear on customer documents.
Manage machines with type, internal ID, operating hours, internal hourly rate, maintenance threshold and status. Machine hours can be posted transparently from job reports.
Labour, machine, material and direct costs are assigned to jobs. HOLZPLANER24 can compare revenue, known internal costs and the operating contribution margin of a job or assignment.
Work and daily reports directly on the assigned contracting job. Customer and job address are filled automatically; employees, start/end time, labour and machine hours, quantities/areas, machines, material, notes and completion status are documented without GPS tracking.
Google contacts are planned to be imported selectively via chosen contact groups or labels, for example “Firewood customer”. The connection is voluntary and limited to the read permissions required for the import.
Later extend the existing storage locations and production postings with transfers, detailed batch histories and even more granular stock movements.
Organize deliveries by day, vehicle and driver and create a clear daily overview of upcoming routes.
Mobile delivery list as a web app/PWA with navigation, delivery status, notes and optional photo and digital signature.

Features marked “Planned” are currently in planning and are not part of the contractually owed scope of functionality. Features marked “Available in beta” are already included in the current beta scope. For items that remain marked “Planned”, scope, order and timing may change; individual items may be cancelled or replaced by other solutions. This roadmap does not create any entitlement to a specific feature or to release at a specific time. Only the scope shown as available when the contract is concluded is binding.
For features involving external services or interfaces, availability also depends on the technical and contractual conditions of the respective third-party providers. Required privacy information will be adjusted before production activation. Eligible beta testers receive the early-adopter benefit described on this page: features from the currently published HOLZPLANER24 roadmap that are later implemented as regular parts of HOLZPLANER24 are included in the continuing beta-tester subscription without an additional module fee. Separately stated usage-based third-party, consumption or add-on services are excluded. For regular new customers, the plan and scope displayed when the contract is concluded apply.
Employee-related job data are limited to what is required as proof of service. Customer and job address come from the already assigned order; there is no GPS tracking or permanent live monitoring of employees. Photo uploads and handwritten signatures will only be enabled with dedicated private file storage and a separate privacy review.
Weather forecasts, drying indices and delivery notices are intended solely as planning aids. Actual weather, road and wood-moisture conditions on site may differ; the actual local situation and your own measurements or checks remain decisive.
During the closed beta you test free of charge. If you want to continue afterwards, you can actively choose the permanent early-adopter plan.
HOLZPLANER24 is intended exclusively for commercial firewood, energy wood, forestry and contracting businesses. All prices are subject to the tax treatment shown when the contract is concluded.

No. HOLZPLANER24 runs as a web app in the browser on phones, tablets and PCs and can be added directly to the home screen and used like an installed app.
Use the beta request on this page. We review each request individually and manually approve the email address provided. Due to the current high number of beta requests, approval may take up to 24 hours. Once you are approved, we will notify you by email. You then register normally using exactly the same email address – without an invitation code or special link. For new approvals, the free beta runs through 31 October 2026 and ends automatically on 1 November 2026. Testers who were approved earlier retain the individual test period already promised to them.
No. No payment details are required for beta access and no PayPal subscription is started automatically.
Approved test businesses can actively switch to the permanent early-adopter plan after their free beta ends: €12.99 per month or €129.99 per year. The benefit applies for as long as the subsequently booked beta-tester subscription continues without interruption. The regular full HOLZPLANER24 feature set, including features from the currently published roadmap, is included without an additional module fee once and to the extent that these features are later implemented and released as regular functionality; separately stated usage-based third-party, consumption or add-on services are excluded. After cancellation, there is no entitlement to the former beta-tester price when taking out a new subscription later.
The regular price for new customers after the beta will be published at a later date. For approved beta testers, the early-adopter price described on this page remains applicable as long as the subsequently booked beta-tester subscription continues without interruption.

Yes. The owner access is intended for the business owner’s own devices; in cloud operation they all show the same data.
Yes. Invoice drafts can be created directly from orders, finalized, printed or saved as PDF, and marked as outstanding or paid. Cancellations/corrections and your own invoice logo are also supported. HOLZPLANER24 does not, however, replace tax advice or full financial accounting.
Yes. HOLZPLANER24 provides a complete business export as a ZIP with common CSV and JSON files, so your business data remain portable.
